The Future of Communication

Gunshot Detection

Many of our educational and commercial property customers are interested in integrating this technology with their video, voice and access control systems.  An example of this usage would be to have certain doors locked, to limit access into an adjacent building from where the gunshot occurred. This technology not only alerts you to the gunshots but also can identify the location of the shot and the caliber of the weapon used. The false positive rate of this technology is very low.  If you want to have the specific smart camera where the bullet was discharged brought up on your security console, this is a means to that end. The alerts can also be sent directly to whomever you prefer via e-mail or text. If you have any questions, please reach out directly to Industrial Communications.
